The Issue

The issue that we are addressing is blindness. Currently, around 39 million people are blind in the world. Of these 39 million people world wide, approximately 9.1 million living in the US have a family income of less than 35,000 dollars. This is nothing near the cost of living in Redmond Ridge. Also, living as a blind person, someone can go his or her entire life without seeing anything. Not even what they look like. Blindness is a major problem in the world because it is unfair for people to be given disadvantages for doing nothing wrong.
